Economy and productivity are the characteristics of the DB X50. The DB X50 is the most economical and efficient loading concrete mixer ever. The compact and highly efficient DB X50 ensures a maximum production of 5.0 m³ of concrete in each batch. The unique location of the drum and specially designed loading arm improves visibility during loading and pouring. The DB X50 is equipped with an innovative valve bucket that maximizes charging efficiency and thus reduces dosing time. It enables a daily productivity of up to 120-130 m³ of concrete. By equipping the DB X50 with the unique CBV 2.0 computer control system, the production of certified high-quality concrete is possible everywhere.

Performance and Handling

Thanks to its hydrostatic transmission and 4-wheel drive and steering, the compact and extremely easy-to-use self-loading concrete mixers (with front-loading system) DB X50 are the most versatile mobile vehicle concrete production systems. With impressive off-road performance, handling and compact dimensions (achieved by placing the engine on top of the rear differential pivot shaft) allow the DBX50 to maneuver as easily as a lower class vehicle.

Loading System

The automatic unloading hatch equipped with a fixed loader facilitates and optimizes the loading of materials and at the same time avoids waste when feeding them into the drum. The standard bucket has a capacity of 680 liters and ensures high productivity, high precision in dosing inert materials and, best of all, facilitates the loading of concrete from the top hatch.

Concrete Batching

The CBV version is equipped with a unique and precise dosing system (integrated in the on-board computer, which can store several recipes and store different components for each) and with an instantaneous control system that also controls the final quality of the concrete being produced. This system guides the user in the preparation of the mix design, ensuring high dosage accuracy, homogeneity of the mix and thus a very strong and durable concrete. Since the moisture percentage is selectable, the water pumped into the drum can be automatically compensated so that the water/cement ratio remains constant. A special report is printed that demonstrates the properties of the concrete produced.

Concrete Quality

Special double truncated cone drum with curved base and double screw mixing system improves material homogenization, quality and shortens mixing times. The DBX50 comes standard with a digital electronic liter meter designed to activate and control the flow of water directly from the cab to the drum.

Comfort and Visibility

All DB X50 concrete mixers are equipped with a large heated closed cabin mounted on the left side of the vehicle and equipped with ergonomic controls (multifunction joystick) on the right side of the driver. The drum is mounted behind and slightly inward inverted position, wide cab windscreen and specially designed loading arms improve visibility to achieve the best standards. When loading, especially when casting, the user of the DB X50 can enjoy the best visibility ever in the class of self-loading concrete mixers with a front loading system.
